Times are tough. Haircuts are a practical necessity for identity, self care, and comfort. We combine these ideas with allowing patrons to potentially work around our base price of $40 by asking to pay as low as $30 if needed, or up to $50 if they have more to give to pay it forward to another patron in need. Same service, your price. What it isn’t is your valuation of our services, meaning don’t ask us to lower our price “just because it’s a kid,” nor will you worry about me charging more for “extra work” of long hair.

We are open Tuesday through Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. On weekdays, the shop closes from 3-4 for lunch and decompression.

You’re already late, so contacting us doesn’t change that. Best you can do is get here with enough time for us to still provide you a service, whilst being respectful to other appointments that follow.

We are reasonable people who realize life gets in the way sometimes. Reasonable people with reasonable accountability are shown reasonable grace.

Your card information is only stored as insurance against last minute cancellation and appointment no shows. These are the only times that card will be used, otherwise all payment is collected in person.

A customer can cancel up to two hours without issue. Within two hours of your appointment, however, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you no show, you will be charged 50%, with another 50% due upon rebooking in order to make up for lost fees.

Like product stock, if it isn’t available then it isn’t available.

Masks are optional, as we wear them. Covid vaccinations are required, however, as we work with a number of vulnerable customers and seek to provide the same safe experience to all who enter.
